Our Approach to Flexible Working

Working with recruitment agencies
To place a candidate with ISG Ltd, recruitment agencies must first be deemed an ISG Ltd preferred supplier.
Preferred suppliers must have: a) entered a contractual relationship with ISG Ltd for the purpose of placing candidates; b) accepted ISG Ltd’s terms of business; and c) received instruction from the Talent Acquisition team at ISG Ltd to submit candidates for a vacancy via ISG Ltd’s agency portal. All unsolicited CV's or proposals received via other means will be treated as gratuitous submissions.
As such, ISG Ltd reserves the right to contact directly any candidate speculatively submitted by a third party outside of our approved preferred suppliers. Such contact will not constitute acceptance of any contractual arrangement between ISG Ltd and the supplier, and ISG Ltd will not be liable for any fees whatsoever should it choose to engage the candidate's services.
We're not currently looking to add any more agencies to the PSL and we would really appreciate you refraining from contacting any of our managers or Talent Acquisition team with sales calls.
